Central Florida’s Recovery Prospects Strengthen

Orlando’s economy is improving faster than initially anticipated, supported by strong in-migration. As of May, rents were up 0.5% on a trailing three-month basis, to $1,378, while the average rent in the U.S. rose 0.6% to $1,428.
