Boston advertised rents outpaced the U.S on both a T3 basis through April (0.6 percent) and a YoY basis (2.6 percent), reaching $2,086. In addition, bucking the national trend, the average per-unit price continued to rise, up 11.6 percent year-to-date to $483,412.
