OC Rents Maintain Steady Pace

Healthy demand kept rents steady, decreasing 0.2 percent on a T3 basis and up 2.2 percent YoY through February to $2,750. Likewise, the occupancy rate in stabilized properties remained unchanged in the 12 months ending in February, at 96.5 percent.
