Kansas City Rents Strong by All Accounts

Rents rose to $1,242 in June, a 0.7 percent increase on a T3 basis and a 5.2 percent gain year-over-year, boosted by limited deliveries. Yet construction starts more than doubled year-over-year during the first half of 2023.
