San Diego Rents Rebound

Following a three-month decline, metro rents increased 0.5 percent on a T3 basis in April, outpacing national growth by 30 basis points. Meanwhile, the metro’s historically limited pipeline shrank further, with just 429 delivered units in the first four months of 2023.
