Portland Stops Rent Slide

After four months of decline, Portland’s T3 rents flattened in April. YoY rents rose 3.5% to $1,759. Transactions mirrored the nation, as the cost of capital kept investors on the sidelines, with only $87 million in rental assets changing hands.
