Queens Rents Slow

Already the cheaper alternative to nearby Brooklyn and Manhattan, Queens saw rents decrease 0.7% on a T3 basis as of March. That was driven by a slide in the Lifestyle segment, while Renter-by-Necessity rates increased. Development remained solid, with a pipeline of 11,628 units.
