The pandemic has impacted the industrial and office industries in very different ways. The industrial sector has been performing exceptionally well with the growth in e-commerce, and demand is expected to maintain its momentum. The office industry, on the other hand, has been severely impacted by most office-using employees still working remotely, and the future of work is still largely in question.
Join industry experts Jeff Adler and Peter Kolaczynski as they offer insight into key industry topics, including:
• Demand for industrial space as consumption starts to move back to services from goods
• Industrial supply forecast given constraints to build
• Operating fundamentals for both industrial and office properties
• Sensitivity analysis on the future of work and its impact on office utilization in urban cores and gateway markets
Thanks for making our Industrial & Office National Outlook webinar a success! The webinar recording and the accompanying slides are available Yardi Matrix website.
